SoapArt Lip Balms are made from a combination of natural oils, butters, and beeswax. The goodness goes on smooth and soft. Most have flavor or essential oils and have color added as noted in the ingredient list. If you want one with no flavor or color added, try the Natural Unflavored Lip Balm.
I make these lip balms from scratch in small batches using a recipe that I developed through much research. It includes natural ingredients that nourish and soothe our lips. Some flavors and colors are synthetic.
My lip balms contain flavor or essential oil that works by making your brain think you are tasting the flavor when you are actually smelling it. Therefore, the amount of flavor perceived may vary by individual. Sweetened Lip Balms are more likely to have the sensation of taste than are non-sweetened lip balms.
Ingredients: Shea Butter, Apricot Kernel Oil, Beeswax, Castor Oil, Vitamin E, Flavor, Yellow 5.
